• Neck — around the base of the neck where the collar naturally sits; add a finger's width of ease.
• Chest — around the fullest part of the chest, tape level and snug.
• Sleeve — from the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder, to the wrist bone.
• Fit preference — for a slim fit, choose the smaller chest range; for relaxed, the larger.
