DOTS is the bodyweight-adjusted powerlifting score that lets a 60 kg lifter compare fairly against an 120 kg lifter.

How DOTS works
DOTS = total × 100 ÷ coefficient, where the coefficient grows with bodyweight using a sex-specific curve.

A score around 300 = solid club lifter, 400+ = strong competitor, 500+ = elite territory.
